Bookings

Provisional bookings are only held for 48 hours after which time they must be confirmed by payment of a deposit.

Deposits

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per room at the time of booking.  Deposits can be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer and will be deducted from your final bill on check-out.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in times are between 2.00pm and 11.00pm on the day of arrival. Please ensure that your room is vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Failure to vacate the room in good time may result in you being charged for an addition night's usage of the room.

Cancellations

24 hours notification is required, otherwise full rate applies. For bookings in conjunction with weddings and functions, deposits are non-refundable and full payment will be taken if cancelled less that 6 weeks prior to the event.

Staying With Dogs

Due to a limited number of dog friendly bedrooms, guests with dogs must book directly with the hotel via phone or email and inform us at time of booking that you are bringing a dog. Bookings made via online travel agencies may not be honoured for guest with dogs if our dog friendly rooms are already in use.

Guests with dogs must agree to abide by the rules set out in our additonal Dog Friendly Terms for the duration of their stay.

No other types of pet are allowed in the hotel bedrooms or common areas.
